This will help you to:
When your start hiring first employees or engaging first freelancers / contractors / advisors.
It's recommended to prepare an Employment Agreement and setup a payroll scheme, prepare Contractor Agreements for freelancers and Advisory Agreements for advisors. It's also recommended to prepare NDAs with non-compete clauses and prepare IP Assignment Agreements.
Be mindful of the different types of payments for team members (hourly rate basis, project-based, flat monthly payments etc.) and terms of cooperation with advisors (KPIs, advisory rewards).
This can usually be completed within 1 to 2 weeks, however actual times vary depending on individual project requirements.
