When you start the process of company registration for your Dev Lab.

It's recommended to think about 10-15% ESOP, the decision-making process, and also ensure that "Good/Bad Leavers" clauses are reflected in the Founders Agreement and Stock Option Agreements should be signed with the team members.
What’s important to remember for this stage?
Current and future allocations of shares, equity dilution, and company governance (deadlock resolutions, the risk of founders' leaving)
How much time does it usually take?
This can usually be completed within 2 to 3 weeks, however actual times vary depending on individual project requirements.
