The DAO Constitution is the first proposal that the DAO members will vote for. After that, this Consitutional document might be used as a source of information for legal analysis and for choosing the most suitable country for DAO company registration.
What’s important to remember for this stage?
One of the important question that should be defined in the DAO Constitution is related to DAO membership, specifically the confirmation of DAO membership (governance tokens, LP tokens, etc.). Different types of confirmation of DAO membership might have different legal consequences for DAO members when they start receiving it.
