The most common documents for the initial fundraising in Web3 are SAFE + Token Warrant. It's also important to prepare a legal data room with corporate and IP-related documents which the investors' lawyers may reguest during due diligence processes.

It's important to think about the size of investment round, the company initial valuation and the formula of token calculation which will be reflected in the Token Warrant.
